DIPPre-Qualification

In order to start the customer's Decision in Principle you will need to confirm a few important details.

To apply for a mortgage with us you need to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and a UK resident
• Be able to provide three years of UK address history
• Have never had a home repossessed
• Have never been declared bankrupt or subject to an individual voluntary arrangement
• Have no more than two applicants for this mortgage
• Be able to provide confirmation of all types of income
• Want the mortgage for a property in the UK
• Not hold assets that will be used to secure this mortgage in a currency other than pounds sterling
• Not be paid in a currency other than pounds sterling
